Order Process and Lead Times
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 1-2 days for this to be processed. Furniture is made locally within 4-6 weeks. Because it is made to order, cancellations can only be made within one business day of placing your order.
Shipping in New Zealand
Our furniture is manufactured in NZ, and we ship nationwide with our delivery partner OnSend.
Pricing is calculated based on size and weight of the item and the delivery location. The total cost will be calculated at checkout.
Additional Services
An unpack and packaging removal service is offered free of charge in most main centres. All packaging is recycled responsibly.
An assembly service is offered, for a fee of $50 +GST. Please add this at checkout.
You will be notified at checkout if your delivery address is eligible for these services.
If you receive a notification to say that your order cannot be shipped to the selected address via our website, please email info@vertone.space and we will arrange delivery.
Shipping to Australia
We ship to Australia. Please email info@vertone.space and we will arrange delivery.

Shipping Process
When the furniture is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number/link from our courier partner OnSend. Prior to delivery they will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
If you require delivery on a particular day or time they will do their best to accommodate you.
Delivery Times
The following delivery times are an estimate and delays can be caused due to unforeseen weather conditions.
North Island - up to 10 working days.
South Island - up to 5 working days.
For Northland, Hawkes Bay, and remote locations (including Great Barrier and Stewart Island) the delivery time may be longer. For any shipping enquiries please contact info@vertone.space.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is faulty, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible at info@vertone.space. Please provide your order number, your name, a brief description of the damage or fault and photos. We will then work with you to fix this as soon as possible.
Warranty
All Vertone furniture comes with a 5 year warranty for any issues caused by faulty workmanship.
It does not cover any defect or damage which may be caused by the following:
• Failure to follow assembly instructions carefully
• Accidents or wear and tear
• Spills or incorrect cleaning (please refer to care guide)
• Water, including flooding
Additionally, it does not cover any defects, damage or movement (including bowing or cracking of timber) caused by the following:
• Environmental changes including fluctuations in temperature, humidity or direct sunlight

Order Process
For nationwide shipping in NZ, and overseas to Australia and the US, the shipping rate will be calculated at check out.
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1-4 working days in New Zealand, 2-6 working days in Australia, and 4-13 working days in the US.
Please allow extra time for your package to clear customs. Delivery is duty-free.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipments are made using NZ Post or Post Haste.
Rest of World
We also ship to Asia, Europe, Canada, and the UK. Please email info@vertone.space so that we can provide a shipping rate and process your order manually.
Returns & Damaged Art Prints
We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind.
Our shipping is tracked and insured. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged print, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vertone.space. Please provide your order number, your name, a brief description of the damage and photos. Once confirmed, we will endeavor to replace the edition, free of cost.
